The CDC's Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication (CERC) course is a fast-paced, interactive course that gives participants essential knowledge and tools to naviagate the harsh realities of communicating to the public, media, partners and stakeholders during an intense public health emergency.  The study will take place on a web-based interface, taught by Dr. Barbara Reynolds live at your computer.  Previous training in CERC is helpful but not necessary.  The training will take about three hours and you will be required to complete a pre-test, a post-test, and a questionnaire.  You will also have the opportunity to opt-out at any time and without consequences.  Participation is voluntary and you will be fully debriefed about the procedures and purposes of the study.   You can register for one of two sessions as listed below.
