
The Public Health Foundation (PHF) is pleased to announce that Carol Moehrle, RN, BSN, will be joining our dedicated team as the Vice President of Programs.
As a national leader, Ms. Moehrle has served as District Director, Public Health – Idaho North Central District for the past 32 years, retiring from this role at the end of May, 2024. She has previously served as a PHF Board Member and chair, and held leadership positions for the Public Health Accreditation Board and the National Association of County and City Health Officials Board of Directors.

Within Ms. Moehrle’s role as Vice President of Programs, she will be crucial in representing PHF on a local, regional, and national basis. Ms. Moehrle will drive PHF’s program development and implementation while building and maintaining relationships in support of PHF’s strategic priorities.
