Participants Selected for Third E-Learning Institute

​The Public Health Foundation (PHF), in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), would like to thank all those who submitted an application for the third E-Learning Institute. There were 79 instructional design and distance learning specialists from the United States and Canada who applied to the program, which will equip participants with knowledge and tools to create high-quality online training products. Although there was a high volume of applicants, only twelve spaces were available for the program this year.

 

Commencing on February 26, 2015, a group of mentors, coaches, and consultants from CDC will guide participants in the development of an online training product based on both previous knowledge and the skills gained throughout the program. At its conclusion, participants will present their product at a showcase to the E-Learning Institute team and other participants. After attending the E-Learning Institute, participants will be better equipped with the tools and knowledge to create high-quality training that could be utilized both nationally and locally.
