Earn continuing education at no cost
Use the credit type course search option to find continuing education from recognized providers such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to earn CNEs, CMEs, CHES credits, and other credits for free.
Keep track of past training
The Non-TRAIN Courses section of your transcript allows you to add any trainings you have taken, even those you completed outside of TRAIN.
Train by competency or capability
Use the competency/capability course search option to find content that addresses national standards, including the Core Competencies for Public Health Professionals.

Competency Assessments for Public Health Professionals can help you determine your level of knowledge and skill with respect to each of the eight domains that comprise the Core Competencies for Public Health Professionals.
The Health Care Preparedness and Response Capabilities, which describe how the health care delivery system should prepare for and respond to emergencies, will soon be updated on TRAIN to reflect the 2017-2022 edition. Learners can search for content on TRAIN by competencies and capabilities.
