​​Multi-Component Affiliation (MCA) agreements are contractual agreements between schools of public health (SPH) and governmental public health agencies. This tool can be used to help develop formal partnerships between public health agencies and academic institutions. This tool also provides examples of Memorandums of Understanding between the two groups.
