Ron Bialek and John W. (Jack) Moran of PHF worked with Jennifer McKeever of the National Network of Public Health Institutes to present "Developing Solutions to the Challenges Public Health Organizations Face in 2011:  Using Tree Diagrams and Prioritization Matrix of the Advanced Tools of QI"  at the American Public Health Association's Annual Conference in November of 2010.  To make the best possible decisions, it is necessary to analyze a large quantity of information. The advanced tools of QI help to synthesize and refine information to focus on the critical pieces before developing potential solutions.
